How We Price Your Projects

Like all graphics professionals, we price your project based on the number of hours required to produce it. We also factor in expected expenses, such as illustrations or photography. We have no minimum billing, so you’re only charged for the time your project requires.

We’ll discuss your project in detail so we can provide a detailed quote. Our quotes are pretty darned accurate, and if something changes, you’re the first to know. Most of our clients don’t even ask for estimates, as they’ve learned to trust our honesty and fairness.

We invoice established companies. Our terms are simple: payment is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. New companies, and some types of projects, may require progress payments at various point in the schedule. We’ll discuss those with you during our estimate presentation, so there are no surprises.

We don't finance printing or mailing; you'll need to establish credit accounts of your own with those suppliers, or provide a check when appropriate. Accordingly, we also do not mark up such expenses.

We can work with almost any budget. Just let us know.

Standardized Pricing for Standard Projects

Many projects are standards, "golden oldies," as it were. Things such as single-sheet flyers, brochures, posters, postcards, and the like. To help make your decision process easier, we've established standard, fixed prices for these types of projects. No custom quoting is required, so you can find the project that fits your budget and get started. Great idea! So let's get started.

Our Workflow Is Simple

Once you’ve signed off on a project, we’ll prepare memos detailing our creative thoughts and production plan for your approval and feedback. Then we’ll start the project.

We will always send you a PDF proof of the design of your project for your review and approval. Some projects may need printed comp proofs, which we’re glad to provide and meet with you to review. After any revision to design or production, you always get a new proof, so you’re always seeing the latest version.

When the final proof is approved by you, we prep the files for the printer, making certain the digital specs required by your printer are incorporated. We’ve worked with nearly all the major sheet-fed and offset printers in the country, and can interpret specifications and meet each printer’s particular requirements, saving you time and money in prepress.

For web projects, the same standards apply: fully web and seatch engine optimized files are supplied for deployment. You'll also receive the source code for future use.

We’re quite fast in turning around work. Let us know your schedule, and we’ll meet it!
